The Dirigible Balloon

A Family Song

My father is a giant,
my Ma a tiny elf.
My sister is a fairy queen
but me, I'm just myself.

My Granny is a jumping jack,
my Gramps a Christmas tree.
My brother is a big balloon
but I, well I'm just me.

My uncle is an ice cream cone,
my aunt a mincemeat pie.
My cousins all are candy canes
and me, well I'm just I.

I've got a funny family,
they're quite a sight to see.
For each is strange or silly
but I, well I'm just me.
