A Wish
Let’s conjure a world
where war has been jailed.
Where happiness reigns
and unkindness has failed.
No-one is fearful.
Love rules the day.
Everyone smiles
with nice things to say.
No-one goes hungry.
All have a home.
Access to water.
Freedom to roam.
All creatures free
from cruelty or fear.
The oceans and rivers
all to run clear.
Let’s find the magic
to make this come true.
Let’s rescue the earth -
for me and for you.
