Cats Just Have to Cat
I have to tidy my bedroom
but my cat just has to cat
I have to bathe and brush my teeth
the cat sits on the mat
I wash the dishes, fold my clothes
the cat complains for food
I do my homework, walk the dog
my cat works on her mood
she purrs
she grooms
she laps her drink
she sleeps the day away
it’s a cat’s life
why would they have it
any other way
but my cat just has to cat
I have to bathe and brush my teeth
the cat sits on the mat
I wash the dishes, fold my clothes
the cat complains for food
I do my homework, walk the dog
my cat works on her mood
she purrs
she grooms
she laps her drink
she sleeps the day away
it’s a cat’s life
why would they have it
any other way
