Egypt
Amber sun dips low
papyrus leaves sway gently
mirrors on the Nile.
Little children play
round and round in circles
spilling through the sand.
Wading heads afloat
crowns capturing the sunlight
dazzling as diamonds.
Flowing blue waters
endless hourglass of time
pour into Africa.
papyrus leaves sway gently
mirrors on the Nile.
Little children play
round and round in circles
spilling through the sand.
Wading heads afloat
crowns capturing the sunlight
dazzling as diamonds.
Flowing blue waters
endless hourglass of time
pour into Africa.
