Here Come the Lions!
Here come the lions!
See them shake!
Thundering drums
make the pavement quake.
Enormous heads
jerk side to side
with blinking eyes,
mouth open wide.
The acrobats wow
with daring feats,
showering the crowd
with sparkling sweets.
Chuc mung nam moi!
Xin nian kwai ler!
Gong hei fat choy!
Have a happy new year!
See them shake!
Thundering drums
make the pavement quake.
Enormous heads
jerk side to side
with blinking eyes,
mouth open wide.
The acrobats wow
with daring feats,
showering the crowd
with sparkling sweets.
Chuc mung nam moi!
Xin nian kwai ler!
Gong hei fat choy!
Have a happy new year!
