Snow Flies
Do they have wings
and buzz against
a window pane?
Do they eat things
that won’t go down
the kitchen drain?
Are they warm or cold
and white like I’m told?
Do they walk upside down?
Have eyes big and round?
Do they tickle your arm
and crawl up your knee?
These are the questions
that keep bugging me.
and buzz against
a window pane?
Do they eat things
that won’t go down
the kitchen drain?
Are they warm or cold
and white like I’m told?
Do they walk upside down?
Have eyes big and round?
Do they tickle your arm
and crawl up your knee?
These are the questions
that keep bugging me.
