The Flying Diving Mouse
Put me on the highest board
squeaked the little mousey Lord.
I want to dive from up on high
and show you all that mice can fly
I believe that we can soar
like kestrels, merlins, many more
and then I’ll switch from flight to dive
to show this mouse is so alive
I want to swoop into the pool
and show you that I’m not a fool
and if the judge gives me a ten
I may perform my dive again
squeaked the little mousey Lord.
I want to dive from up on high
and show you all that mice can fly
I believe that we can soar
like kestrels, merlins, many more
and then I’ll switch from flight to dive
to show this mouse is so alive
I want to swoop into the pool
and show you that I’m not a fool
and if the judge gives me a ten
I may perform my dive again
