The Dirigible Balloon
Poetry for Children

Thesaurus-saurus

The Thesaurus-saurus
Does deplore us
To chomp on different words,

Never bores-us,
Makes us snore-us,
With the same old sounds we've heard.

He will roar-us
Oh, a chorus
Of Thesaurus-saurus noise,

Different words
In place of bland ones
Brings Thesaurus-saurus joys.
