What is Flight?
Is it a bumble bee?
A formation of geese?
Seeds released
On a passing breeze?
Clouds floating by?
A plane up high?
The glide of a kite
In a flawless sky?
The path of an arrow?
A flock of sparrows?
Seagulls following
New turned furrows?
A run of stairs?
Escaping from bears!
A head full of dreams
And fanciful cares?
A rocket to the moon?
A poetry Balloon?
Fleeing from your home
One ordinary afternoon?
A formation of geese?
Seeds released
On a passing breeze?
Clouds floating by?
A plane up high?
The glide of a kite
In a flawless sky?
The path of an arrow?
A flock of sparrows?
Seagulls following
New turned furrows?
A run of stairs?
Escaping from bears!
A head full of dreams
And fanciful cares?
A rocket to the moon?
A poetry Balloon?
Fleeing from your home
One ordinary afternoon?
